No sales at all for 3 months now

joined in november 2024. Had a few units sold of a couple of listings, but for the last 3 months I have had no sales on any of my listings.

This might seem like a basic call for help, but any idea why this is? Could it be that unless I pay for advertising, that nobody will see the products in search results?

My anecdotal view is that generic listings (of branded items) don't do well when buyers are browsing. That view is however shaped by me being a seller.

Generally i think your listings are on the lower end of quality. I'll use the "war chest chilli kit" as an example. Your main image doesn't have a white background which Amazon do not like and can result in a lower placement in search results.

The title could be improved a lot. There's no clear reason from the title why it is called the war chest or why it is army themed. My assumption was that it would be very hot chillis but looking at one of the images that's not the case. I don't think linking the shape of the chillis to the army is really a selling point - especially given only one of them seems to have much heat.

You only have one bullet point on the listing which doesn't tell a buyer anything at all. Why doesn't it say what the kit includes and more importantly what the 3 carefully selected chillis are?

The product description is just a list of occasions that it might make a good gift for. I'm never a fan of seeing every possible event / occasion being listed like that.

On a very minor note the item model number for the chilli grow kit is "tomato variety number 5".

Edit - for clarity Amazon has things it expects to see in a quality listing. If they deem a listing of low / poor quality they can relegate it in search results.

Hi there @Seller_rNn5pTHY8V9DA,

I'm sorry that you have had some difficulties getting sales in the last few months. There are many factors that impact buyer behaviors including your price, your selection, and of course the offers of similar products. In my experience success selling on Amazon requiring both investigating trends as well as offering high quality listings. If you were able to sell more in the past, there may have been a specific trend or the competition for this category/product niche changed.

I do think that the feedback from @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 might be helpful in improving your offers to make them more attractive. You can check out the Product Title Requirements and Guidelines that might help you improving this title. You can check out the Product Image Requirements on how to improve your images.

Thanks for your time and good luck selling.
