Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. I need a small help – one of the sellers sent me a threatening message regarding the sale of a branded product. I was supposed to contact him, but instead, I reached out to Amazon and informed them about the message. The seller reported me for intellectual property violation, specifically parallel importing. I contacted Amazon, provided all the necessary invoices, and successfully reinstated my listing. However, he repeated the offense twice more. Each time, I followed Amazon's guidance, provided the required information, and got my listing reinstated.
Now, it has happened for the third time, and despite reaching out to Amazon once again and following their instructions, I'm not receiving adequate support. Neither the Amazon Health team nor the Seller Central is providing assistance. This situation is negatively impacting my sales and overall well-being. I've exhausted all the steps recommended by Amazon, but I still haven't seen any action taken against the seller. What should I do next, as this issue persists despite my compliance with Amazon's instructions?
