I've had an Amazon seller account in the EU for 7 years, but last year, Amazon deactivated my account because it believed they have found us related to another seller account in the US, which was deactivated a week earlier. I've submitted tens of appeals since last year and sent them every possible evidence which proves that we have no connection whatsoever, but Amazon keeps sending the same response every single time, asking me to send them different evidence, which is impossible to get because we have never dealt with that seller. I tried most of the appeal options, but Amazon keeps rejecting our appeals. They've even retained the money they owe us and never released it to us.

Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this issue and submit an appeal that will be accepted so that my account can be reactivated? I'm willing to pay if someone guarantees my account's reactivation.
