Still receiving FBM orders with store on vacation mode/inactive. We're running FBA only in CA marketplace.
Not sure why we are still receiving FBM orders while on vacation mode.
I would "close" the merchant fulfilled offers, but there is no bulk action to reverse 2,000 closed listings and no one has time to manually relist one by one..
Has anyone else ever run into this issue ?

How long ago did you put your account on vacation? We've seen it take a couple of hours to be effective. And anything that was pending still goes through.

1. You made sure all Marketplaces are set to Vacation?
2. What @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEYmentions. Any pending orders will still go through
3. File uploads will close and reopen listings if you just have to

1. Just to be clear ... CA is set to Inactive? This would, or should, only allow for FBA.
Vaca settings should show ...

2. Is it possible that the orders came from the US but are shipping to CA?
3. Why do you have any FBM SKU's in CA? They should be deleted, not closed, from there if they exist.
4. Can you really afford to cancel over 50 orders?

Hello @Seller_fMLjnAhwT7KCI, what status is displayed in your vacation settings?
Follow the following process to set your listings to inactive:
- From your seller account, select Settings, then select Account Info.
- Go to Account Overview, in the Store Status section, click Vacation Settings.
- On the Vacation Settings page, you will see the marketplaces listed. To set listings in all marketplaces to inactive: click the Inactive button at the top of the table and then click Save.
- Wait one hour for your changes to take effect on Amazon product detail pages and search results.
If you have any Fulfillment by Amazon listings, they will remain active on Amazon. You must process return requests and respond to messages from customers within 24 hours, even if your listings are set to Inactive.
If you have followed these steps but are still receiving orders, I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support. After doing so, let me know the case ID so that I can investigate as well. Thank you!
