Intellectual Property Complaint
Hey guys,
I received Intellectual Property Complaint.
The thing is my item is 100% original and comes from an official UK brand distributor.
However, invoice was not enough to prove it.
''The rights owner'' is not responding to my email.
It looks like I was just falsely reported only because my price was competitive.
How can I defend myself knowing that my item is 100% original?
Any advice on this will be highly appreciated.

Also, you're not describing an IP complaint tbh. Being 100% original etc would be a defence of an authenticity complaint, but that is a different thing altogether ? Do you have any info as to whether it is a trademark infringement that you have been accused of ?

Hi @Seller_ZhCQ2NQuPgtTc,
I appreciate your post. @Seller_3Bellp4jUVZBD makes a valid point.
Have you had the chance to review theAmazon intellectual property policy? Specifically, focus on the Trademark > 4. Do I always need the rights owner’s permission to use a trademark?
Keep us updated. Regards, Ezra
