Downgrading to Individual Account and Mexico marketplace

Hi I'm in the process of closing down my Amazon Seller account. Unfortunately Amazon has put the account into verification since over a month and I was advised by seller support that to avoid any charges I can downgrade my professional account to an individual one.

I've done this on all marketplaces. Except in Mexico where they are NOT letting me downgrade to an individual account because they don't have that option there. Fair enough.

But Amazon doesn't also have the option to delete Mexico from marketplaces. I don't want to sell in any North American Market places.

So now I'm locked into the professional selling plan even though I want to move to an individual one in ALL marketplaces in order to avoid charges. What do I do? HOW do I avoid charges. Please help.

Amazon.com.mx currently supports only Professional selling accounts, and unfortunately, there isn't an option to switch to an Individual selling plan without closing your existing accounts first.

For detailed guidance on transitioning, please review the information provided in Switch to an Individual selling plan. Pay special attention to the section on Accounts that require a Professional selling plan.

Keep in mind that closing your seller account in North America Unified Account will result in the simultaneous closure of all other eligible accounts.
