Why Are Pallet Labels the Same?
This Amazon reference says that pallet labels are unique for LTL shipments (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GM9THX2S47XTGJTQ).
It is also said that the total number of pallets is written in the upper right corner of the label. However, the labels of the 3 different pallets I received from the shipping plan are identical down to the barcodes and there is no information about the pallet number or count. So I printed a total of 12 labels for 4 sides of 3 pallets and they are all same.
How will the Amazon carrier or FBA inbound staff identify these pallets? Am I making a mistake?

Hi @Seller_8RsvNnuAC6b6t,
Jumping in here in lieu of others. To confirm, there is no pallet 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 in the top right of any of the labels? Are you still experiencing the issue?
