I'm a new Amazon seller (less than a month) using Printful as my fulfillment provider. I have a Professional account and a GTIN exemption. Initially, everything worked smoothly, and I successfully uploaded six products. However, for the past week, I've been unable to upload any new products. Whenever I attempt to create a new listing, I encounter the error message: "Product was not added! Some attributes are missing for SKU. For more details, see http://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/errorcode/8058".
I've contacted both Printful and Amazon support, but neither has been able to resolve the issue and instead tries to shift the blame to the other. To clarify, I create new listings directly through the Printful platform. I design, price, mockup, and describe the product there. Within 24 hours, the Printful integration automatically adds the product to my Amazon store. This is why I cannot manually create the product on Amazon, as it would disrupt the connection between the product and Printful.
I'm currently at a standstill and unsure where to turn for assistance. I'm paying for an Amazon Professional account but cannot list new products, rendering my subscription ineffective.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and has any suggestions for resolving it?
