Problem with uploading / processing automated pricing feeds - error 15004
Hello,
Has anyone else had issues uploading automated file feeds since 4th March 2025? I don't believe the automated pricing template has changed, and my file format hasn't changed but all of a sudden, i'm seeing 0 / 0 records processed with a 15004 (try again later).
No one seems to know why?
I've tried downloading the NonautomatedSKUs.xlsx file that Amazon provide and re-uploading that and it comes back with exactly the same error!

I am facing the same problem. When I contacted support on March 4th, they told me that there was a problem in the backend that was preventing the processing of the files. They asked me to try again later. However, the problem persists to this day.

Have you managed to resolve the file upload issue? About error 15004?
I've been trying for days with Amazon Support and they haven't helped me at all.
