How do I synchronise my ASINs from the North American to the UK marketplace?

I am a brand owner with a global account that includes the US, CA, UK, and EU marketplaces. I would like to list all of my existing ASINs from the North American marketplace to the UK marketplace. However, I wasn't able to find all of them—only some appeared during the process.

I attempted to create new listings for the ASINs that I couldn’t find, but I noticed that the newly created listings do not carry over the existing reviews. I would like to synchronize the reviews across marketplaces. How can I achieve this?

Hi there @Seller_ccuabsX2z8TNB,

Amazon does share reviews across international stores in some cases. According to the help page Answers to questions about product reviews, Amazon shares reviews written by verified purchasers of the same product in other countries.

To benefit from this feature, your brand must:

  • Be enrolled in Brand Registry, and
  • Use the same brand name across all marketplaces.

If some of your products aren’t showing reviews across regions, it might be that the listings aren’t recognized as the same product yet (especially if new ASINs were created manually).

Hope this helps clarify! Ezra
