Amazon Won't Let Me Downgrade Selling Account

I am having troubles downgrading my account from professional to individual.

When I go to downgrade I get the following error message "you have another service associated with this account which does not allow you to change your subscription status"

I am not registered in Amazon Pay or Amazon Business.

I have reached out to support multiple times but no one knows how to resolve this issue.

It has been 3 weeks and no resolution has been provided. Please help!

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

I see that your Canada and USA marketplaces already switched to individual account.

However, your MX marketplace since is not eligible for a downgrade due to Amazon policies that one remains as professional.

You can confirm this information in the link below:

Switch to an Individual selling plan

"If you have a North America Unified Account and your primary marketplace is amazon.com or amazon.ca, you can downgrade your account to an Individual selling plan

At the end of your current billing cycle, your linked amazon.com.mx account will be placed in staging for 120 days, during which you will no longer be able to sell or have active listings. You will be able to finalize pending transactions during this time, after which the account will be terminated automatically."
