I am reaching out to express my concern regarding an ongoing issue we are experiencing. Amazon is currently processing refunds for my customers while also instructing them not to return the parcels to me as the seller. I would like to understand the reason behind this policy.
I have been in contact with customer service for the past three days, and while I have been informed that the RMA and prepaid label options have been disabled to prevent this from happening again, the refunds are still being issued.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter, as it is impacting my business. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
