My 'Prime Eligibility' for Amazon.de has changed to fail - yet I ONLY sell via FBA
Just received an email from Amazon to inform that my 'Prime Eligibility' for Amazon.de has changed to fail - yet I ONLY sell via FBA ...how can that even be? (I sell remotely into Germany from the UK, using Remote Fulfilment - Amazon ship all my orders.
Surely this can only mean that Amazon are underperforming with respect to deliveries.....yet I lose my prime eligibility status?!!! (to be honest I don't think my items have prime...as they are dispatched from the UK, but nevertheless I'm curious what has happened to trigger this email)
