PL an Wholesale on same account?

I have one current private label listing.

I’m now looking at starting wholesale as well.

Is this something that can be done on the same seller central account?

Yes that’s fine you can do this on the same account

As long as you are sourcing from a verified wholesaler then you shouldn’t have a problem running that alongside a Private Label listing.

Yes. There are strict criteria for opening a separate seller account.
You can sell everything from the one.

You can sell on a single account without any issues.
However, if you are selling private label and want to keep things separate, then it is acceptable to open a second account, AS LONG as you work within the rules for multiple accounts.

There are reasons to do this.
