Invoice By Amazon - Get Paid Faster
We enrolled in the Get Paid faster scheme a while back, but we have noticed that invoice by Amazon orders are again staring to show in deferred payments with a payment date towards the end of January.
Is anyone else seeing this?
We are still showing enrolled in Get Paid Faster.

Are those customers business customers as they get special 30days payment terms which Amazon in turn apply to the disbursment to you?

Off-topic, the idea that sellers must pay another 1.5% commission to Amazon if they want to get their own money faster is absurd. Is it even legal? If Amazon wants to credit buyers for 30 days, they have enough money to use their own funds.

I finally received a response on this. It kindly explained all about how deferred transactions work, like I don't know after umpteen years. I note that @JiAlex_Amazonasked for the case ID but hasn't referred back with any details.
I have asked Seller Support to try and answer the question I asked but, sadly, don't hold much hope of that.

I have just had my second response.
Apparently they think my question was about a problem with the reports. I have never once mentioned reports.
I've not had one about reports, I've had one telling me how to make disbursements and one telling me what deferred payments are, plus 2 others in between telling me that an internal team was being consulted, one telling me they were "determined to obtain a speedy resolution in this matter". Speedy in this case being two weeks and resolution being to fob me off with an irrelevant answer.

Okay, so I have just had a reply from the executive team, which explains it well. It does however open up another question that I will ask them about.

I would like to confirm that the "Get Paid Faster" is applied to Pay By Invoice(PBI) orders only. Invoicing By Amazon(IBA) orders and Pay By Invoice(PBI) orders are different programs

This makes sense, however I really dislike this behaviour. Amazon are buying our product from us during the customer order process and they paying us 45 days later. The customer was already buying from us on the detail page, but Amazon swipe it to get the 45 days line of credit.
I know it’s our product and we still get the sale, but we had it anyway and they swipe it and pay us later. Not only that, we pay to advertise it! So they get the advertising money before I even get paid for the sale.
Does anyone know of you can opt out of Amazon buying from us? We are already opted out of buying from us to sell internationally.
