Can I disable seller-fulfilled and just have FBA?
My performance ratings have been badly affected by late deliveries, mainly as I often struggle to enter the tracking info to confirm dispatch in time. As a result, Amazon said some time ago that I could only keep the account open if I went solely FBA.
I did that, but I still receive a number of random seller-fulfilled orders. As they’re so random, I’m not set up to manage them & they impact my delivery performance, so I’m back in the danger zone.
I’m struggling to completely opt out of seller-fulfilled deliveries/orders - does anyone have advice on how to manage this please?
Many thanks

Go to settings - account info - going on holidays and activate holidays on all sites
That setting will stop any fbm offers being shown

As TLS says above is quickest way
But you could also just set stock to 0 or if you truly never are going to do FBM anymore I personally would delete those FBM listings so they not clutter up your Inventory page. If Amazon have told you you can only do FBA I would certainly delete the listings so you can show Amazon you have done what they required of you.

Thank you both - much appreciated.
So much quicker getting a response this way!
