My VAT Number rejected 4 times

Please could you get back to me urgently, I was registered for VAT on 8th October 2024, I am English with an ordinary partnership with my husband.
The VAT number has been rejected 3 times and each time I get a request to delete it and re-upload it.
Is it possible to speak to someone to ascertain where the technical problem is?

When you enter your 9-digit UK VAT number, make sure to include “GB” in front of the digits. Also, ensure that there are no spaces in front, between or at the end of the VAT number.
After you successfully re-upload your UK VAT number, please kindly inform us so we can update your details in our systems and move forward to the reinstatement of your account.

Have you checked your Vat number is registered on the UK database . Sometimes it takes a while and this is what Amazon will check you on. Also check it matches to your registered address on Amazon.

Does the name in SellerCentral (Account Info > Identity Information) match the name on the VAT registration exactly?

It's strange as your VAT number is on there. That said, your VAT number is registered to a different business name than you have on Amazon, so there is a mismatch.
