1st or 2nd class for VTR Health?
I have been manually inputting tracking numbers from Royal Mail into my orders and my VTR has dropped dramatically.
Now I know I have made a couple of typo’s on a couple of tracking numbers so fair enough they won’t track because of that.
I’ve been in contact with seller support and they are now saying that I should buy 1st class as 2nd class doesn’;t track and yet my 2nd class large letters and Tracked 48 parcels all show tracking and delivered on the Royal Mail website.
I haven’t seen any announcement from Amazon on using 1st class only saying use buy shipping for letters as non-tracked which I get so all mine have now gone large letter or Tracked 48 am I missing something as I can’t really get a straight answer from seller support, any help or suggestions very much appreciated.

If you are sending Letter size then you need to use Buy Shipping. For LL and parcels then to keep things simple you could also use Buy Shipping. You do not need to send all letters as LL if you don’t need to.
How do you buy your postage normally ?

Why don’t you use click and drop, where the tracking info is updated automatically?
