Section 3 Suspension Issue and Misleading Redirect to Handmade Team

Hello,

I have been selling on the Amazon UK platform without any issues for over a year. However, about a month ago, my account was suddenly suspended due to a Section 3 violation. Amazon is claiming that one of my products has been flagged as "inauthentic" and is asking me to verify its supply chain. The product in question is a cosmetic item from the brand Anua, and I sourced it directly from Asian Beauty Wholesale, an authorized distributor of the brand. Anua has also confirmed that this distributor is an authorized seller.

Despite this, while invoices from this distributor are accepted on Amazon US accounts, Amazon UK is not acknowledging these documents without any explanation. Every time I submit all the requested supply chain evidence — including invoices from the authorized distributor, product photos, and shipping documents — I only receive automated responses. To make things even more confusing, my last two appeals were redirected to the Handmade team, even though my products are clearly not handmade but categorized as cosmetics.

I feel completely stuck in this loop; I have provided all required information multiple times and yet continue to receive the same repetitive responses. If anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve this process, I would greatly appreciate your help. Any guidance on what other steps I should take would be invaluable.

Thank you.
