Does Amazon have any information on when it will actually accept 1st/2nd Class large letter codes that have a delivery scan, without us having to wait for things to be validated in the background while our VTR plummets?
Surely you should get your own system working correctly before you start giving us advice on how to adhere to it.
Your video is also somewhat misleading for a couple of reasons:
- You say VTR helps the customer because they can track their order and see when its arriving, but you are demanding codes for services that don’t have a tracking system just a delivery confirmation, and are of no benefit to the buyer at all, only to sellers to prove delivery (on any platform but Amazon of course). Lets face it VTR is nothing to do with the buyers and their experience, its because you don’t trust us to actually post things!
- It also implies that tracking will protect from A-Zs, which we all know is not the case, there is practically nothing, short of a miracle that will protect us from A-Z’s or Amazon granting them to customers even with full tracking.
Also please change your FAQ pages, you don’t actually sell stamps - stamps are the little sticky rectangular postage paid stickers that you put on an envelope. They look like this:
What you actually sell on buy shipping is just postage.
Also as we keep telling you, on your FAQ pages are incorrect and misleading:

Would be nice if amazon removed its “merged” orders policy - after all it states it is committed to become greener but we cannot ship together
Would also be nice to have an automated shipping time displayed to the customer that doesnt then get altered over night so we are not allowed to ship on that service
Of course we do on both counts, wasting packaging is just wasteful and we will not ship at a quicker service to satisfy an algorithm that is beyond our control

Having spent well over an hour yesterday trying to get answers I am still perplexed. However one thing is incorrect, you say that buying shipping through Amazon is no extra cost. That is false, here are the actual figures for Large Letter Second Class (BPL):
