During the past 3 weeks, I have sent several emails to Community Help regarding a one-star review my product received that was clearly meant for another seller. I have not received an acknowledgement or response. Does anyone monitor this email account? What's the point of having this email support channel if messages go unanswered?

"Does anyone monitor this email account?"

No. Nobody has or will ever receive a reply.

Amazon does not remove product reviews except for when they have their own reasons for doing so.

You can save you a lot of time stopping just now. Amazon will NOT remove reviews, no matter what you try to explain. We ALL have such reviews, it's just part of the game.

Hey there @Seller_Kz8KJv8XJbtq2- appreciate you seeking some guidance here on the seller forums. Did you first use the mechanism within Seller Central to report the review? It is true that not all messages sent to this alias can receive a response, but our teams do review them for appropriate action.

If you haven't yet, I would recommend reporting the review through the designated pathway, then creating a case directly with support on the topic. You can read through the possible reasons a review is removed before creating that case if needed.

Following this, please feel free to share the ID of the case you've created so I can help take a look from my end.

Thanks,

Daniel
