Available stocks got unfulliable as a mistake done in fba warehouse

Hi, @Spencer_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Simon_Amazon

I have got 96 sellable units of B07QTD8JCF in my FBA inventory and my listing was active as there were available units to sell in my stock and I got even 32 orders from this ASIN. However, the units were not got fullfilled for 3 weeks and I have reached the seller support to warn them why you are making customer waited and dispacth the orders. And suddenly all of my units got unfulliable and marked as defective and the orders also got cancelled. I have been reaching out to the corresponding team for this and stating them that my units were not defective, there has been a mistake or damage in the last fc which happens this situation. They insisted to not understand what happened and eventually I was able to got images from them which clearly shows and proofs that my units are not defective and marking my inventory as unfulliable is an obvious inconvience and mistake done in warehouse. I have been trying yo explain this situation and my problem to selelr support team for a one month but still not able to got a resolution. Eventually, as they work very slowly and do not their job at all, the auto removal date has come while there is and ongoing case and internal team work for this units. They once told me that they are working to move this units back to sellable inventory. In a summary, I have been dealing with this issue for 40 days without a resolution and ı have lost my inventory and orders etc. I am requesting the reinbursment of my lose on this situation. Here is the case id that the images sent to me by fba warehouse team and also I am attaching the images and inventory ledger as well which clearly shows my units being sellable and this situation is a mistake of fc responsibles.
