Nuovissimo Progetto italiano: Libro dello studente + DVD 1 (A1-A2) (Italian Edition) delisted by Amazon system error

We have been stuck with multiple stock of book "Nuovissimo Progetto italiano: Libro dello studente + DVD 1 (A1-A2) (Italian Edition)" because the Amazon has delisted the item from Amazon.com marketplace. I raised multiple cases on Amazon and following up since August.

The resolution provided by Amazon seller support is useless as they say to create a new listing and however when I try to create a new listing the system of Amazon prohibits me from creating it with reason" listing already exist".

Do you have any other way to resolve this? Did any one of you face this kind of issue before?

I have had 100s of situations where I have seen that exact same notification of "listing already exists".

There is a lot of troubleshooting you must do as the Amazon manager of your account. If the ASIN is in your stranded inventory and you are getting this issue, you should be making the new listing from your stranded inventory. Even then, the problem may not be resolved.

Unfortunately, it does not end here. There are dozens of possibilities and it is not possible to resolve your issue on the forums with the information you have provided. I would recommend waiting for a moderator to respond to this case so they can see what is going on with your stranded inventory and why you cannot create a new offer.
