Amazon account suspended due to creating multiple accounts
Hello everyone
Our Amazon account got suspended and we’re looking for advice in terms of appeal and action plan
This account got suspended because of the previously suspended account
What happened is this
We opened an account first and it got suspended because of no matching between the company’s address and the address inputted in Amazon, that wasn’t the case at all but Amazon suspended the account anyway. We tried to appeal and provide documents that approve the address on both sides but the appeal kept getting rejected by Amazon.
After that, we opened a new account but we used another company for this account, it got suspended anyway after a while because of its relation with the previous account
We actually opened a third account after the second suspension and we changed the brand name and the company as well. But it got suspended again due to the same reason
Now we want to solve this all and get our accounts reactivated again
What are our chances to get the account reactivated in your opinion and what should we do to make it right?

You need to fix the issue on the very first account as that’s the one that was suspended first.

There are strict guidelines on holding more than one account, and you certainly cannot open a new account when one gets suspended. Your first course of action is get the first one active again, so you need to appeal the deactivation, however if you have just tried to get round it by opening a new account then you may well have a huge battle ahead to try and get reinstated.
You really should have realised this when they suspended your second account, to open a third was suicidal. Amazon have invested millions in developing software to track and prevent this behaviour, it is not something that you are able to get away with.

Amazon does not like people playing the system, and this is what you have done… repeatedly…
Your only chance of getting back is to reinstate original account, then follow suit with the second and (i cant believe I’m saying that) the third one…
This however might prove impossible, as they already rejected your documents multiple times.
Are you in UK? What documents you have provided? What format? Was it a picture of the document?

My account was also suspended as I used a 3rd party to upload my inventory (as advised by my account manager as he couldn’t help). I was then advised that this 3rd party worked for a different company who had their account suspended. I have absolutely no affilitiation or link with this company other than using the same overseas 3rd party to do a task. After submitting information (company details including shareholders, bank statement and details of what happened), my account is still not reactivation. Incredibly frustrating as my stock is about to arrive at Amazon. Any advice appreciated
