Request to Investigate Shipment, It's Been Almost 2 Months and It Hasn't Arrived
Request to investigate shipment : FBA15JKM53VN and FBA15JKLXCL8
Almost two months old and still not on the shelf. We have contacted the logistics provider and they replied that it has been shipped to the Amazon warehouse with proof of signature from Amazon.
This shipment is very important to us, please help to investigate. If we can't find the goods, can we apply for compensation?
We have opened at least 6 cases. 2 new ones just opened(Case ID: 10558255572, 10557943842).
