ASIN Buy Box Loss to External Competitive Price
Our ASIN a few weeks ago had lost the buy box because a product being sold on eBay was identified to be our product, which is not the case. We opened a case with support explaining the situation and citing that the product was not the same as ours as the ASIN and GTIN was completely different from ours, however there was no resolving the issue, even after the listing had been taken down.
We created a case to discuss the previous case we opened, this time with live support, it was determined we were trying to dispute the competitive price of our ASIN and we would be assisting by another team. We have not been assisted since. At the moment, we are currently stuck with our ASIN being priced at 37.99, ideally we keep our price at 39.99, however we are in competition with an unknown entity at this point. We have tried earlier to increase the price to 38.99, however we immediately lost the buy box.
Is there anything we can do to get our buy box back? We are the SOLE SELLERS of our product and there should not be any other competitors of our product.
