Utility Bill Verification
Hi. I'm trying to activate my account, but I do not have a utility bill in the company name. My utilities are paid by the landlord. I have submitted a lease and a covering letter to explain this, but I keep getting the same automated reply for a utility bill.
Am I able to upload a mobile phone bill?
If so should it be a mobile phone bill in the companies name, indicating the company address, or in my name, indicating the company address? I am not sure if they are trying to verify the company address or my address.

The utility bill is usually required for the beneficial owner(s). For the business they require a UTR or details from Company House if Ltd

The utility bill is usually required for your own personal address to verify your personal ID, not your business address. They did used to accept mobile phone bill, but they do change things, but definitely worth a try - this is for personal, not business verification. .

do they require for vat purposes? if u cant provide then amazon need to collect vat and give vat to tax office on your behalf.
