Identity information error

Hello,

On the business information page and under the primary contact information, as I save the identity information and then submit, two errors come. first error is at the top saying "Form contains unsaved data"

The second error comes under the identity proof window. The error says "Please provide a value".

Basically it is asking to select a document from the drop down but I am unable to make a selection as the window is in Grey ( frozen & locked ). The page does not allow uploading any documents.

Because of the above errors, an error notification comes on the home page and says that " Your selling privileges are on hold until your Amazon account is verified ".

To add further, I am in correspondence with the seller support team for more than 15 days now but the error still persists.

The case ID is 10454643112.

I would like to start FBA asap as I don't want to miss the approaching events.

When did you sign up?

It sounds like Amazon are still in the process of verifying your documents which seems to be taking 4 - 6 weeks or more at the moment.
