Expand to Europe-Register Germany seller account

Hi there I ve registered and verified Amz USA seller central but my purpose is to sell in the Amz Eu zone. How to ?

-When click sell globally in the menu-the list of countries shows up where No EU countries available to pick only: Canada, Mexico, Brazil etc and United Kingdom-No France or Germany.

-when https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe use that option and pick ''the Sell Globally dashboard'' -the oen page shows error ''Invalid address'' -RID: 66H1BNVD0QZX50ZVRK9Q When: 2025-02-13T10:44:16.984Z

-when ''Step 1: Create your selling account

If you already sell on Amazon.com with a Professional selling account, create a regional Europe account.'' pick that -the same error shows up -''Invalid address''

What is the naure of this Expand to Europe article/blog/option for Amazon seller https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe where saying next:

Does that article mislead Amazon sellers ? or what is the solution? Should we sellers close USA accounts to open seller central in EU? If yes why nothing about in article only Have Amazon .com account? -Expand your reach by selling to Amazon customers in Europe.

In AMZ FAQ found that response of support

That what I found here where Amz support responded that we need close/send to vocation mode our Amz USA seller central first than register from white list Amz Germany or Amz France accountConnor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

As @Vernon stated already, you did register via the ".com" URL so this is why you are being asked to finish your registration for the US marketplace.

You can start over however you will need new e-mail address and new phone number.

You can use this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.fr/

Keep in mind, your new account many be flagged for review since you already signed up with your personal information via the .com platform. So you can either finish your US marketplace registration and then set it to vacation mode ; or you can start over.
