Regarding account suspension
My account was registered several years ago and I have never used it. I want to open this account now.
But I encountered several problems. The company that registered the account before has been cancelled. I now want to change the company's entity, but have not been successful.

My assessment after many years on Amazon and especially here in the forum (where there are similar cases on a regular basis):
You will no longer - or more precisely, never again as the beneficial owner of a company - be able to sell on Amazon!
Reasons:
- An account that has been unused for years is usually deactivated by Amazon and becomes a cartel corpse
- In order to be able to sell, it must be reactivated. In the years of inactivity, so many new features have been added that you have not fulfilled and all have to be reworked. The problem is that neither you nor support can see all the violations/omissions of recent years. This in itself is a difficult task and requires a lot of time and patience and, of course, all the necessary documents and registrations.
- Now the 1st main problem: Your company no longer exists. But if you want to reactivate the account, you have to submit documents from the dissolved company. You can't do that, so the account cannot be reactivated. The company data of an account cannot simply be changed to another company. Amazon has a contract with the old company. An account must be transferred from one company to another via the “Transfer account” process. This is an extra process that must be carried out and in which both company data must be intensively checked by Amazon and a transfer contract must be submitted - and this is not possible if the account is deactivated.
- This creates the 2nd main problem: Since your name is associated with a deactivated account, you cannot simply open a new account. Amazon will detect your connection to the deactivated account and also deactivate the 2nd (3...4...5...) account.
- As a rule, you only have 1 chance to register with Amazon as a seller, and you already lost that chance years ago.

Hi @Seller_tNQkOH6OrMJYS,
This is Yvett from Amazon to provide more support on your end.
I can see that you’re facing account enforcement.
My account was registered several years ago and I have never used it. I want to open this account now.
But I encountered several problems. The company that registered the account before has been cancelled. I now want to change the company's entity, but have not been successful.
To reactivate your suspended selling account, you must first resolve the issues related to the enforcement action. Once your account is reactivated, you can only modify your company's entity.
Could you also provide some insight into the type of violation that led to the enforcement action on your account? This information will help the community offer more relevant suggestions and support.
Looking forward to hearing more about your situation.
I hope my response provides clarification to your question.
Thank you @Seller_CJjIUGWJZIDbW for your active participation in this thread as well!
Regards,
Yvett
