Amazon AU dictating what prices to sell items - Forcing sellers to sell below RRP and losing money !

When does Amazon have the right to dictate the recommended retail price of a product -

Amazon AU is blocking the sale of many of my ASINs because the price is recognised as 'Potential High Price Error'

Im selling these items at the RRP - It states in the pricing health 'No applicable Reference price' means they are making up there own rules what prices we have to sell items at - is this legal or against fair trading practices of the ACCC

I have many ASINS that are not active because of this issue.

Your policy is suppose to stop people selling items at high pricing but its also restricting sellers from been able to sell at the recommended retail price of the product - therefore forcing the seller to make a loss on the product to be eligible for sale on amazon which is illegal to do in Australia

Does Amazon want lawsuits for forcing sellers to lose money. - This needs to be addressed as many items im losing money on - and i dont want to lose money.

Isnt there a law against marketplaces forcing sellers to sell under the recommended retail prices of a product.
