Invalid request parameters

Hi,

I've been unable to add 2 products on my Amazon account. I keep getting Invalid Request Parameters. I've opened a case on Amazon which gives me a huge long list of different information to send them and I have no idea what half of that information is being requested.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Seller_Bsnk3ouon0ZAP,

I see that you were working with the team in Case: 15597460351 who is working with your API issues as you are using a 3P app to create your listings. I would advise that you try add this item through your account directly and see if you continue to have issues. You can add products one at a time or with an inventory file. If you still have issues, please create a case with Seller Support and provide them with the following information.

In order to investigate please provide us the following to assist you further:

1. Product Id ( GTIN/ ISBN) number

2. Brand Name

3. Product Title

4. Manufacturer Name

5. Batch id only if the issue is feeds related

6. Screenshot of the error with the product id, date and timestamp visible in the background

7. The error that you are receiving along with a screenshot.

If you still need help after you contact Seller Support and they have completed their investigation, please provide me with the case ID and I will be happy to take a look.
