On 7 February 2024 we received Your information is verified
On 29 February 2024 we received Disbursement hold on your funds have been lifted
Now, two days before we're due our first disbursement in nearly two months, we've received:
We require one or more additional documents to continue with your business establishment verification that is associated with your VAT.

Received another email now, asking for identity and residence proof again.
Is this Amazon's way of saying they've lost all of that evidence I did send them?
