Wanted to let everyone know, it looks like there is a scam happening you can see it in their google reviews. It also was happening to me. I'm in the process of reporting them however I'm also hearing the lack of action from trading standards and action fraud.

You'll have charges on your invoice that they will not explain or delete, duplicate charges with same responses, missing shipments without being able to prove that they were picked up by the carriers, missing inventory, sales that they have accumulated that will never be reimbursed to you. When you ask about it, they just ignore you. They can issue reimbursements with a total of .39 pences, however looking at the data they send, right way you'll see that you have hundreds of units that went missing that - for months they will only respond back with their data is accurate.

Even if you do the math of incoming shipments - units shipped out showing proof that inventory is missing, their only response is their data is accurate.

They also will not provide proof of pick up of your shipments to FBA even though, 10 boxes/ shipping labels show that UPS + FBA never received them. Their only response is that it is against their policy and it was shipped.

I really want to warn everyone, so they can stop scammed other companies.
