I'm wondering if anyone can offer any advice.

I have a listing where the main image (of a bottle) is compliant, correct size, pure white background, no packaging, just the product.

Two weeks ago it was suddenly suppressed due to the main image being missing. The listing has been fine for a year and I have not altered any of the images.

I know that the image is compliant and I have tried to re-upload it various ways and in slightly different formats / sizes to see if that helped but it hasn't.

I contacted seller support / brand registry straightaway but I keep getting the same (automated?) messages saying that they are actively working on it, and that it is being looked at by a team of internal experts and to be patient.

It has been going on for over 2 weeks and I have still had no help from seller support or brand registry, despite asking if I can escalate the matter.

Does anyone have any tips on how to fix the issue? or any idea on how I can actually escalate the issue?
