1-Star Review Threatening My Business — No Response from Buyer After Refund Attempts

Hi everyone,I’m reaching out for advice on how to handle a difficult review situation. A buyer left a 1-star review on one of my popular products with very serious (and damaging) claims. I’ve tried multiple times to contact the customer through Amazon’s messaging system to offer a full refund, but they haven’t responded at all.The review is not only hurting the product listing — it's also threatening the credibility of my entire brand. I know Amazon doesn’t remove reviews easily, but is there any path forward when the customer is completely unresponsive, and you’ve made a good faith effort to resolve the issue?Has anyone dealt with a similar situation where a refund was offered but ignored?I appreciate any insights or suggestions. Thanks!

To begin, the buyer-seller messaging system is intentionally difficult to access for the buyer. They likely simply do not see the emails or know where to find your correspondence.

If it's a product review you should post it here so we can see if anything the buyer said qualifies it for removal.

What you are doing can be construed as manipulation for a review removal. Better hope you don't get shut down for that.

You have to improve a lot. You have a website with just 1 page. No name, no address, no explanation where your products come from. You can claim organic as loud as you want, such intransparent businesses have no longer a future. Your name under "Detailled Seller information" doesn't help. But if you explain in "About Seller" how it comes that a Chinese from Huston is selling organic powders, customers will listen, understand and believe.
