we want to switch to using thermal printing for our FBA labels and shipping labels. Ideally a printer that could use bot size labels. Any ideas?

Zebra is pretty industry standard, we use ZP450 daily.
You can just get used ones.

Rollo printers are great too. They can print any size label, are easy to set up and load, and don't jam.
