Messages over SLA
Today for the first time there were no notifications for any new messages (I usually have 2-3 in the morning) when i clicked on the message icon, i was greeted with 9 messages all over SLA but dating back to 2 days in November and 3 days in December. These would have been all ones that were marked as no response needed to the usual "thank you" etc.
Does anyone else have this issue? im wondering if this is a glitch and if it could possibly affect the account.
