Order Item Session Percentage

Hello,

For the last couple of months, and probably beyond, I have an “Order Item Session Percentage” in excess of 20%. Is this a good figure ? A lot of the buyers are re buyers too.

I’m up against some fairly well known brands but my rating is equal to or above those brands. I advertise but I don’t have the same budget as the main players. My keywords are there and updated inline with “Brand Analytics”. I provide a grocery product which has a higher level of transparency and traceability than virtually all competitors.

I’m relatively new to this so I have to ask is there something I’m missing out on or something I need to do in order to increase visibility ?
