Amazon Brand Reigstry with pending UK trademark (without using IP accelerator)?

Hi all,

I have been researching the process of getting brand registered. As I need this to be done ASAP, I have been looking to use the IP accelerator programme. However, i have found some forum results from both the UK and USA suggesting that it has recently (probably only in the last year or so?) become posible to get accepted on to brand registry programme with just a PENDING uk trademark. Can anyone advise on their own experiences in the last 12 months and let me know if this is true? (UK only, thanks).

Thanks!

Hello @Seller_e8QiB3AzJZIyj,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.

As reported on Enrolment guidelines for the UK "We accept trademarks from the UK that are either registered or pending registration."

Hope this helps.

Best,

Simon
