No disbursement - All proceeds go straight to account level reserve for almost 6 months
Hi,
we have Amazon seller account open for over 1 year but we’ve started actively selling in April. Since April we didn’t receive any disbursement yet and we’re furious because we cannot find any solution to this.
- Our seller account is active and in good health.
- Our bank account info are correct and verified. We have even reverified info recently.
- Amazon is regularly charging our credit card for ad spend.
- All proceeds go straight to account level reserve and we have well over 30k there. This is about 2x the amount of our total monthly sales.
I have tried calling support but it appears they cannot solve the issue in such short notice, so they just transfer case somewhere and we do not receive any response back.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? We would really like to get our money from Amazon.

Are you using UK Bank or PSP ?
Have you had any disbursements cancelled ?
Is your advertising payments settings set to card only or available funds first ?
Are you willing to screenshot the account summary graph
And noting if you are not uk based, is it just uk funds you cannot access ?

Just to clarify, ad spend is taken from whichever source is chosen by the seller but defaults to the balance. I have chosen my Amex card which is not even the card that is verified on Amazon.
No ad spend is taken from my balance.

Hi, I just want to post a few updates regarding our issue.
Ad charge: Our default payment method is Seller Account + CC as a Back-up payment method
Up until 15 June our seller account was charged with ad cost. From 15 June our bank account is being charged directly with two random exceptions.
Our CC has no issues and enough balance to cover all ad costs.
Regarding disbursements - we still haven’t received any money. From April. It looks like this on the images.
Support is just transferring cases and we receive no reply. Does anyone have some contact at Amazon that might look into? Is legal action maybe possible?

This is becoming really frustrating. Literally no response from any email. Seller support is also completely useless.
We have almost 70k Euros under account level reserve without any sign of getting our money.
We have all information verified on our seller account - bank account, credit cards, etc. No issues with the account, no pending claims, chargebacks etc., but still all our funds go straight to account level reserve. This is happening on all our EU marketplaces.
Does anyone now of some legal help we could use? Or any other solution.

Hi everyone, I’m happy to let you know that we have finally received our very large disbursement!
Sending an email to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk helped, so thank you for the idea.
I still don’t know what was the reason for disbursements not working. I’m just happy we can finally get our money.
