Invalid Charge Method visa card

We have this issue on Amazon Seller US store:

"Invalid Charge Method

Your access to Seller Central is currently restricted due to an invalid charge method. Register a valid charge method for your seller account and restore full access to Seller Central by clicking 'Update Charge Method'. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to validate your charge method after updating."

Please note the card is visa card issue by Australian Commonwealth bank. We have been using this card for other international payments and they were successfully.

Also we tried to add other debit cards for replacement but no any of them can be added, All of them are valid and daily used.

Could someone please advise? We have a first few pending orders already. It is very Urgent, thank you.

You need a true credit card -- not debit.

Debit cards will just about never work for a new seller. That is -- Amazon may charge the card, but won't allow the selling account to be activated. Some established sellers have been using a debit card, which will work, right up until it doesn't.

After that it must be a true credit card.

CREDIT CARD

@Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl is correct about Debit Cards being an issue!

This is my standard credit card template so use what applies!

Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!

First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true! They WILL charge a Debit Card for initial fees but they will NOT take it on continuing basis most of the time despite their claims!

Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.

There was one recent response from a seller on a post that they DELETED the card that was on the buyer side and put the SAME card back in after a little bit and it fixed the problem. Amazon is a maze of broken links in their antiquated software.

Hi there @Seller_gDg9Wdxft6n99

My name is CR and wanted to jump in here. I apologize for the delay in getting to you but I did have a chance to peek at your account. It appears that you should be all set here now as I don't see any notifications and appears your card is now verified on file. Please do let me know if that is not the case from your end an I'll remain here for your response.
