List of Integrated Carriers for UK Domestic deliveries
We have used Yodel for the last few years and our OTDR has pretty much always been around 98% but recently it started dropping and it is now 7%.
I've literally been going round in circles with Amazon for weeks now, on this issue, and they just keep telling me that Yodel are NOT an integrated carrier, and therefore they do not get tracking information from Yodel. They keep referring me to this page (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/201817070) which shows the list of approved integrated carriers are:
For Domestic deliveries: Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD, ePost Global, GLS, Hermes, RIECK, UPS, Emons, Cargoline, DB Schenker, Kühne&Nagel, DSV and Rhenus.
Surely this is the list for Germany? Or am I losing my mind?!
Has anyone else had this problem and managed to get any sense out of Amazon, or...even better...managed to get Amazon to sort it out?!
Thanks in advance for any help!

I think you have been given wrong advice/info from SS re Yodel not being an integrated carrier (if that is who told you). I do find Yodel are a bit slower to deliver, which is maybe why your OTDR is dropping (but not sure ?)
I use Yodel for some of my sales (not all) and Yodel IS on the dropdown when confirming shipment. I buy shipping from Yodel website and when confirming shipment you need to select 'Yodel', then 'Other' and then input 72Hr (or whatever service you use) and in the tracking box enter the long number under the barcode on the label, NOT the YOD**** number, as that is not the one that is scanned and only for Yodel's internal use. - is that maybe where you have been going wrong ? - and they DO get tracking from Yodel - I know because my VTR is 100% !

Choose Yodel on the drop-down list, then the service used.
Take a screenshot and add to the SS case.
Is the issue Late/Non-shipment, OR late delivery - or both?
What style tracking are you using? (and anything changed?)
(JJD, JD, mix letters and numbers with - then 3 digits, or YOD)
On Yodel account, Yodel Direct run by P2D, or P2D, or who else?

Its definitely not just you its effecting. I'm sure as the OTDR is not on the main screen of Account Health and you have to click further into delivery performance its likely some people it is effecting haven't noticed (and the VTR looks fine from the main screen as all the Yodel deliveries have valid tracking)
I have had a case with the "Amazon Selling Partner Support Executive Escalation Department." for a few weeks now. They initially gave me the same guff (ie. yodel not an integrated courier, and kept forwarding the list of integrated carriers for Germany as you have been sent). I've sent them a list of the real UK integrated carriers as per a UK page that is still available to search. https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G202014610#wjz_cjc_jcb
For domestic deliveries: Amazon Shipping, APC, Arrow XL, DHL Parcel UK, BJS, DPD, DX FREIGHT, Fedex, GLS, Hermes, Panther, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, TNT, TUFFNELLS, UPS, Whistl, Yodel, MHI, The Delivery Group (TDG).
My On Time Delivery Report. Which from 100% dropped to about 40 odd %.
Amazons report agrees the tracking for yodel is valid, has "Has Valid Tracking Number, Has Tracking Id, Any Physical Scan From Carrier" ... but does not have the final "Delivery Scan/Attempt" for the effected deliveries.
On going through them Amazon are accepting the final scan when it says on yodels tracking "Your parcel has been delivered to a safe place" or similar, but they are not accepting any as delivered when they were marked with tracking event "Your parcel has been delivered". (ie handed to the customer).
Every one that says delivered late / not delivered was actually delivered on time (early in most cases) and theres a photo of the customer receiving the packages.
It seems like this started being an issue late September .
For last 4 weeks or so I've just been getting the we're still working on it, researching the issue emails from Amazon.
Though i know we're not penalised for On time delivery (yet), the potential issues are when the Base Reserve comes in, as payment releases will be delayed ... and knowing Amazon they may be sending customers emails saying they can ask for refunds!
