Brand Registry Case Closed, but Application still in Pending Review

My brand registry case is closed. I am not sure whether it is closed automatically. But the Brand Application is still in the status of Pending Review. Therefore, I can't resubmit the application, nor there is any access to contact the brand registry team
Can anyone please help to fix the issue?
