Kind guidance will be appreciated, If the account is registered on UK company details and selling in spain market, what will be the VAT criteria , how to register for VAT or pay the VAT!

Hi,
It's a long shot, and, bear i mind that the best is just to delegate this to people with the right knowledge, but, if you still want to try yourself, you can start here:

Read VAT guides and try to see if there is a way of registering yourself in the system so you can electronically fill the VAT forms on your own.
It's not going to be easy for a foreigner, so always ask for help (I'm not sure if English is supported for help though)
I managed to do the UK VAT filing on my own time ago, but the HMRC system is much more straight forward than the Spanish one.
