DO NOT HAVE BUY BOX from launch

I have newly launched my products on Amazon. I am the only seller of the products but I still do not have the BUY BOX. I cannot ran ads and it feels like Amazon has set me up to fail as no one sees my products and hence cannot sell as its a new product.
I had the BUY BOX day one of launch on the Amazon US market and it is doing is doing very well.
Can you please look into this for me as I feel, there is no support especially as I am the only seller of the product.

When I check you have the buy box for all the variations I check against the Parent ASIN.
