Have been trying to ungate a brand since December

Can someone with some authority please help me with this.

I have fulfilled all the requirements for this brand and have the correct invoices but they just paste the same reply over and over with no explanation or guidance.

I'm so sick of being treated like dirt by seller support. They make no effort to help and we just have to get used to being penalised even when following all the rules.

I honestly cannot take another phone call and I have no energy left to open another case just to receive the same copy and pasted reply which doesn't even address the issue.

Please somebody help.

You haven't said what the response is which is important. If it's a generic response that doesn't reference the invoice or supplier then there's nothing more for you to do at his point.

Ungating is not guaranteed and if you get a generic rejection then the usual advice is to build the account with other brands and then apply again.
