I am getting a lot of attributes in the product details that are not relevant and have ticked the box to say irrelevant but i can not submit as they are still there.
What do i do.

Some attributes, even if you believe they are irrelevant may be required for the category you are listing in.
Without a screenshot of what you are seeing - hard to advise further.
Note - you are clearly a new seller as you have asked a lot of questions today. You have had responses but have never come back with a reply. I would suggest going through Seller University.

I sell in the book category, and almost all of the attributes are irrelevant - it is a total pain having to click on the irrelevant button every time - a total waste of MY time. Why safety, battery and many more etc etc for books ?!
