Amazon Account Deactivated With No Prior Warning, Need Urgent Support Please

Our UK account was deactivated on 26th May 2024 without warning ( see Amazon message below)

We contacted seller support about this immediately. We were told that when we set up our UK seller account a number of years ago we clicked for a global account, however we have only sold on the UK platform, all other country platforms we have had set to inactive since day one.

We were informed by Amazon UK that we need to book a virtual interview with Amazon US to confirm our identity then our account would be re-activated in the US and subsequently would reinstate us on the UK marketplace.

We selected 3 dates for the virtual interview however, we have not yet received any written confirmation of this and 2 dates for the virtual interview have now passed with no Amazon communication.

This situation and lack of communication from Amazon is causing us extreme distress as we are very worried that the 3rd virtual interview date selected will not happen either and receive no communication again.

Please can you help us or suggest what we need to do about it.

After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred time slots, 48 hours before the interview. After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days.

Same issue

Have rang seller support 10 times, no help whatsoever.

They keep telling me to wait.

Have now not sold since the 27th May and they are also sitting on my £0000's which I can not access.

Does anybody know how to resolve this very annoying issues.

My account is classed as very healthy. I don't know what more I can do.

Our 3rd selected time slot for video verification is Monday morning 17th June 2024. We were informed that we would receive a notification 48 hours prior to the interview. We should have received notification this morning 15th June 2024 but havent received it.

Please can you escalate this urgent matter to your internal review team and let us know what the process is with timescales now as this is causing extreme ongoing distress.
