Account health 'specialist' - We do not believe your invoice is authentic
Hello, I am currently trying to get 2 parallel import IP claims removed
I initially provided a UK based supplier invoice to show delivery of my inventory to my UK business
This was rejected due to the bill being addressed to my residential address and not my business address.
I contacted the retailer and got the address on the invoice changed to my business address
I resubmitted the invoice
Now Account health is saying my invoice is believed to be altered, I asked why and she said it was because the free sample on my invoice did not have a price
I believe the appeals team thinks I changed the address myself, they clearly don't seem to understand how far simple communication can take you
At the end of the day this is a parallel import claim and either invoice proves i have not imported my stock
I feel like seller support is jealous of amazon sellers and will find any excuse to keep us from getting to the actual resolution we open cases for
They think we want to be opening cases

Might just be your lack of langauge but when you say you contacted the retailer did you mean wholesaler or have you bought these items from a retailer.
If its not a wholesaler then your invoice will be invalid as far as amazon are concerned as you are selling goods as new and should be selling them as used like new.
If it is a wholesaler it needs to show wholesaler name web address and cover the amount of goods you have sold and be from the last 12 months and before you sold items on Amazon.
Seller support has no feelings and is generally a robot.

Hello @Seller_ePT06Fg6iMjmj,
This is Mary from Amazon here to assist you.
From the post above, I understand that you have concerns on the Intellectual Property Complaints.
Amazon does not allow listings that violate the intellectual property rights of brands or other rights owners.
Please refer Amazon intellectual property policy
Note: As you stated above that you have submitted the invoices but were rejected due to address mismatch and later you requested supplier for the new invoices with the updated details. And again those were also rejected.
Here, I request you to closely adhere to the requirements of the invoice and as you are resubmitting the documents you are always requested to provide the detailed explanation regarding the same as to why there is a difference in the address details in your previous and current invoices.
If you believe that the complaint is false and if you are registered with "Intellectual property" or have authorization for Parallel imports please provide the related documents through "Submit Appeal" button in your Account Health Dashboard.
Below are the documents requirements for the Parallel Import:
-- Copies of invoices from your UK-(or EEA-)based supplier issued in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time and contain your supplier’s contact information, including name, phone number, address, and website.
-- Copies of product importation documents (e.g., customs clearance documents, commercial invoices) issued to you or your supplier in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time and contain your supplier’s contact information, including name, phone number, address, and website.
-- A written authorization letter from the rights owner, issued to you.
-- A written authorization letter from the rights owner, issued to your supplier. In this case, also include copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time and contain your supplier’s contact information, including name, phone number, address, and website.
If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we can help you.
Regards,
Mary
